Supporting Young Warriors in Pediatric Oncology
Together with the Miss World team, Krystyna Pyszková joined children undergoing cancer and thalassemia treatment at Likas Hospital in Kota Kinabalu for a birthday celebration filled with joy, games, and one very large cake. What began as a party for one young boy turned into a celebration for all. Every child received a personal birthday present— a moment with Miss World herself.
Giving more than just smiles
To support the ongoing care of these brave children, a donation of 10,000 Malaysian ringgit (around 2,100 USD) was made to the pediatric oncology department. The sum will help provide additional support to young patients and their families during one of the hardest journeys of their lives.

To the world, it may seem like a mere afternoon full of games. But moments like these remind us that healthcare is not only about doctors and nurses. Effective medicine also takes emotional, social, and communal forms.
